    3080 Ventus Port Royal Issue?

Yeah definitely hitting power limits...Anyone tried flashing a slightly higher Power Limited Bios like the Gigabyte Gaming OC? Or TUF? To be honest though, whatever stable overclock I have on Port Royal, is not stable for any other benchmark. My Port Royal OC can go as high as 150Mhz and only...

    3080 Ventus Port Royal Issue?

But But boys if I go +45 in MSI afterburner I see it immediately as 2050Mhz in everything. Anything more and it crashes. Port Royal I can literaly go right up to 150Mhz before it does anything! I dont think its unstable or power limit to be frank, it seems to be some weird ass issue

    3080 Ventus Port Royal Issue?

Could be, but it doesn't hit such limits elsewhere...or is Port Royal more intense? Either way, GPU is amazing, and I doubt having it clock higher or use more wattage makes any considerable difference whatsoever

Hey guys. Just got this baby, MSI Ventus OC 3080 as where I'm based, South Africa, stock is literally non existent (and I really wanted the Strix). I must say I'm impressed. Card runs so cool and looks incredible. It overclocks well, I get 2050Mhz in all my synthetic benchmarks and in games...

    Beginner Z68AP-D3 guide for Intel i5 2500k

No mate I stay in a little country called Swaziland , Africa..picked up my motherboard in South Africa . I wonder why the Revision1 boards dont have that feature as I found that I was only "fully" stable once I used the load line settings. Maybe you should contact Gigabyte and find out about...

    Beginner Z68AP-D3 guide for Intel i5 2500k

Im using same board:) Revision FC turned out being a "buggy" and Gigabyte have dropped it and put FCc back up. My overclock was superstable but all of a sudden at random intervals the display would switch off and my graphics card would spin its fans at the highest speeds ( Bios FC ).

    Beginner Z68AP-D3 guide for Intel i5 2500k

Im on the Revision2 Board and my BIOS is on F3c . If I have a powercut or have to hard switch off the machine( push power button till system switches off) due to bad overclock, is the only time I get bootloops. Usually a 5-15min battery reset fixes it.

    Beginner Z68AP-D3 guide for Intel i5 2500k

Firstly, good stuff, its about time us Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 owners get some insight. I have the same board only with a i7 2600K, which , from overclocking experience, works just like a 2500k, except with Hyper Threading. Secondly, I have been through tons of sites getting in as much info as I can...
