Passwords been changed. Routers normally have the wifi password on them, I believe this one does too. Parents contacted me for the password, which I gave with reservations to them, but they never gave it to him, he managed to get a signal on 4G.

I have a similar issue with mine at the moment. Turns out the bios isn't detecting my graphics card in the bios. I hit delete key on start to get into bios then unplug my hdmi and plug it back in again. Maybe that's your issue too.
