So basically RAM on reboot resets itslef back to stock values of 4800mhz 40,40,40,77,117 ,when it happens reboot takes longer than usually.

What do you mean by going full liquid metal? I'm planing to "repaste" XFX RX6900XT waterblock zero wb. Temps are reaching 73C when OC to 2750mhz on core.
