Okay I'm really confused now. I had another 1151 motherboard laying around. No bent pins or anything . I put the g4520 inside it and same result. No display. Why is this happening? This is a skylake CPU right so there shouldn't be any compatibility issues.

Okay I will try that . I was installing custom heatsink and realised one or two pins max are bent. Could this cause this?
