All cores show up in task manager/ryzen master. I have 2 memory modules. Fairly high end 2x16 gig 3200 cl14s. In slots A2 and B2. I will check to see if they are being picked up properly and maybe ill try an oc on them as they oc very well. I suspected it could be a memory issue.

I too was debating whether going for a version with a higher oc. More specifically the aorus master or extreme. The heatinks are the same, but the more oc'd version has 3x8 pins for the power vs 2x8pins. You think the additional 1x8 pin power connector would make a difference?

I think i am going to go for the 3080 founders or the Gigabyte Aorus Master (maybe). I am somewhat anticipating having to probably wait (might end up getting the 3090 on an impulse if i miss the 3080).
