the main reason why I wanted to upgrade to RAID0 and not RAID1 was the performances, I come from "simple" SSD vertex4 OCZ in RAID0 so I wasn't aware about the r/w speeds achievable with these beasts, so I assume I would go for a config like yours, especially cause I will mainly use the laptop...

what would you suggest? just start from scratch once installed the second ssd or use the intel sw to add the ssd to the raid0?
