Do you have the "Killer" network app installed? If so deactivate "Advanced Stream Detect" as I have found this to cause all many of problems. Other suggestion - change your network cables (a damaged cable will cause packet loss).

Definitely check the temps on your existing card - clean and repaste if needed. As it still runs (at low) I suspect it is a thermal issue under load.

Division 2 (or 1 for that matter) are probably not the best to test for system stability. I've have random crashes from these two games (more so than any others) and yet the system is solid for everything else.
