Can anyone tell me what their reference 5700xt shows for stock clock speed in msi afterburner or wattman. I know the specs say stock is "up to 1905mhz" but I've not seen a 5700xt that says that low when at stock in any software ?
I don't see the point of the 50% power. Its not more than the 20% its just more spread out. I know this because with the +25% I get throttling with the 1070/1500 bios and with stock bios at the same clocks and voltage I get no throttling with +20%.
Anybody know if this bios is compatible with sapphire dual x non boost ? I assume not considering my non boost card bios wouldn't work on my boost card. So I'm guessing this bios is only for boost cards. Be nice to have both cards running at 1070/1500 without having to screw around with afterburner.
Every card is diff some are crap. My 7970 needs wpmt even do 1200mhz at 1.3v at 65°C but other people get it at 1.2v, doesn't help it is a piece of junk and vdroop goes down to 1.19v when set to 1.3v and bouncing all over between 1.19 and 1.25v. Dual X 7970 with blue PCB sux. 7950 dual x with...
Flashed my secondary card and running stable at 1070/1500 1.18v. My asic is crap but keeps up to my first card (7970) at 1025/1500 now. Ran bunch of benchmark 3dmark11 (18,000) fire strike (16,000), vantage (55,000) and played couple rounds of bf4 with no issues. Have to run power at+50% though...
Managed to squeeze a bit more out of this 780 (1176/6508). Could have probably got a bit more out of the memory but from +200 to +250 only got me 0.3fps so no point. Going to need a loop to beat Kaapstad I think.
