As already mentioned, SVP does the exact same thing, frame interpolation. Plenty of customisation to get the exact level of smoothness you want, but I wouldn't use it for anything that isn't animated because it's actually really horrible for live action things, who wants that "soap opera" effect?

I know they're only 2 year warranties, but the Gainward/Palit cards are real beasts. Because of the size of their heatsinks, they can run really quiet and cool compared to the rest (if that matters to you)

Palit jetstream is a winner on cooling and noise, as well as price :) If a few mhz matter to you then splash out, if you can live with hitting 2000mhz then there we go!

I wouldn't call the jetstream a low end cooler - it's 2.5 slots thick and from what I've seen/heard that extra size not only keeps temps down but also allows very quiet operation!

The only sound meters I've ever seen/used run on dbA, which is what most review sites use too...probably where the issue lies lol. 15dbA would be anechoic chamber levels!

Have you tried benching games like GTA V/Witcher 3 etc? 3DMark is all well and good as a number but it doesn't always translate to real world performance!

You'd have to use DSR/set a render scale of 200% on an AA title and/or run Skyrim modded to the max to get there, at which point you'd likely already be beyond the limitations of everything else hardware-wise. It wouldn't hurt at all though!
