I just plugged in another old psu and the same. Can I reload the bios without it starting up or as bbios is a backup, can I use that?

Old cable won't fit in psu as the clips are different

The cables that came with psu. Same thing happens if I disconnect the cpu cable.

Basically with just new psu connected with main and cpu cable to the board, the psu trys to start and ticks, as it does the mbios and bbios leds flash, it then repeats.

Hi. Should fans blow onto rads to waft cooling air onto, or blow from rads to remove heat?? Or maybe a bit of both?
