Great idea but the price of postage is a bit steep. I think I might just order a red and a brown and return the one I don't like as much. OCUK should do a sample board like this and offer a disscount off the price off a full board if you go on to buy one.

Satin grey does sound nice. I really hadn't thought about it that much but it would have to be something like a grey or black to go with the motherboard/ waterblocks or a red to go with the coolant, fittings, memory and lighting.

Yea that's what I thought. Would still look nice painted as it'd still have a lovely metallic finish.

I'm not 100% sure about it either so I may change the coolant or paint the copper at some point. Will probably paint the copper :)

It would certainly appear so as the plastic looked as good as new, apart from the TIM on it... The XSPC Raystorm seems to have both which is why I missed the thin film...

I'm an idiot! I haven't removed a plastic film from the CPU cooler. I didn't notice it on installation but when I removed it I thought the spread of TIM looked odd so upon closer inspection found there was a layer of film... Whoops!
