I went for the Connects2 CTSBM009.2 to retain all warning sounds and PDC. It will require wiring to the a live with a Fuse etc but no big job. Steering Controls also work as per factory. If you don't have the PDC you will just need the 006.2 I believe it is.

What I have done is upgrade the Head Unit, from the terrible Business one, to a Pioneer X8700-DAB, but this required a Connects2 Loom, to retain the warning chimes and PDC bongs. Bought some OE Audio Component (for the Doors) and OE Audio Coaxial (for the rear) Pioneer Monoblock...

Shoot me down, but having driven both a Focus MK2 2.0 and a now a BMW 118D Coupe, bizarrely I miss the handling of the Focus :eek: With regards to swapping out the Head Unit in a 1 Series, it couldn't be easier, I've had it done, without the loss of any Warning Chimes or the bongs of the front...
