I'm using an 8bitdo Ultimate. Hall effect sticks, 2.4 wireless for pc and BT for switch, paddle buttons and all buttons fully customisable in the software. Great wireless controller for a reasonable price, especially compared to scuf etc, for around 200 sheets!

I have a G303 Shroud edition. I got it at Christmas and have only charged it once (possibly twice but honestly can't recall that) with near daily use for at least a couple of hours a day. Safe to say battery life isn't a concern.

Thanks for the tips, appreciate it but I already am using it in modem mode with an asus AC68, which was working perfectly. I actually got VM out to check the line on Tuesday, they replaced everything and it's back to a rock solid service.

I'm in Leicester and recently my connection has been awful. I'm on 300mb service and several times a night the speed will take a dive bomb and be totally unusable. A router reboot will sometime fix it but last night after 5 reboots it was still shocking.

As above any cable will work. If a different cable doesnt change anything it's more than likely the headset. I had problems with actual socket after a year of use and I've read many reports of the same.
