Yea i checked that to, turns out it was a faulty fan, took it out completely now everything is working fine

Just changed them all around for fan 1 in the commander pro was plugged into fan 1 on the rgb controller.... now they are all strobing at the same time and not responding to the light effects properly.... could this be an rgb controller issue?
