    AOC G2460PF

Shouldn't even be for sale with that damn annoying corruption issue. Other people with different monitors (benq, etc) never experience the same problems as us with freesync enabled.

    AOC G2460PF

Quite a handful of people have experienced this issue. I still get it from time to time but I don't think there's a fix available and I am hoping it is a software issue. AOC won't reply to my email so I don't know if it is a hardware or software issue. :(

Did they say this? Cause driver 16.1.1 is out and freesync corruption is still happening.

The beta driver is 35-146hz but unless they have uploaded a new beta driver with 30-144hz freesync range you'll have to manually change it another way, e.g. CRU.

anyone still using the official monitor and not wanting to use the beta driver? You can edit the freesync range to 30-144hz with CRU (Custom Resolution Utility) and it seems to be working great.. for me anyway.

I know this is your opinion but what do you expect from a TN panel? and imo 144hz vs 60hz is night and day. I think the 144hz + freesync features are the biggest selling points for this monitor just like many other 24" and 27" monitors out there.

Wait, so installing the official monitor driver + AMD 15.7 did not fix the issue? or do you mean the issues aren't fixed in the new drivers?

I'm on Windows 10. I'm pretty sure I installed the beta drivers to get the 30-144hz freesync range. Even though it changed the monitor's name after installing the new AMD drivers the 30-144hz freesync range still works. Not sure why this happened.

Yes, use this - http://goebish.free.fr/cpk/ It will re-apply your custom icc almost instantly if another application tries to reset/change it. I configured it to have it run and stay in the tray bar on startup. EDIT: I have updated to the latest 16.1 drivers and now my monitor is showing up as...

Basically, you can not get the best calibration/adjustments with the OSD alone so something like a colorimeter is used to calibrate and create an icc profile for your monitor.

Is everyone here using a custom ICM/ICC profile for colour calibration? If so, use this CPKeeper if you have problems with some games resetting your calibration - http://goebish.free.fr/cpk/ A lot of games would reset the colour profile and I would always have to set/apply the custom profile...

I cannot comment on the power draw. If you're worried, you can just set it to 120hz as 144hz is only a little bit smoother. I guess I have to wait for my next electricity bill lol. Regarding the DP cable, I'm using the one that came in the box. I should add that I'm from Australia so the AOC...

    AOC G2460PF

I think comparing to your Dell 22" IPS monitor, the AOC monitor will look okay to you. At the moment I have my AOC monitor + LG IPS monitor and think the AOC looks good enough especially for its price and features (freesync, 144hz, etc). Obviously the viewing angles and colours of the AOC...
