Yeah this gets asked every few pages, for me its purely price, I paid £620 for the OC Strix and don't want to pay £700 plus for a switch. Ive never had an ASUS card before and wont be again!

Yep im completely hacked off with OC too tbh. Im still waiting on the OC strix that others seem to be getting from elsewhere now. The lack of info from ASUS is appalling and the comms from OC regarding the issue is just as bad. Im high up in the queue for my Strix but rest easy FTW customers...

brexit is the reason for me holding out for a £620 strix. I also find in my experience cards from Asus, MSI etc have better resale value Edit: Also some people value Aesthetics and warranty, and some aficionados even want those extra fps no matter how small.

pretty dis-heartening hearing amazon got strix's first when you deliberately avoid them to support the smaller guy. Guess that is just the way it goes unfortunately. Hopefully those 50 will turn up next week. I hope OC is seriously on Asus' case about this.

Hi, I have just realised my Wifi on my lap top is much faster than my ethernet PC. I'm using powerline adapters for the ethernet but although it might slow it a bit it surely shouldn't be this much? I'm not getting much DL speed from Sky anyway (12mbps which is coming in at 880kbps on...

I was 46th in queue but still no card. I asked for an update a couple of days ago and i was up to 17th. Hopefully that gives you an idea where you are now. Hopefully it dispatches this week!
