I caved for a KFA 3080 SG LHR, and paid another £350. It arrives what is now later today, and given prices have risen this month with supply to be no doubt further constrained by Christmas, non-lhr's at a complete trickle, felt like perhaps I will be entirely skipping this generation out, and...
The main issue is the value proposition of the Ti series is abysmal, if you take cyberpunk, for example, it works out at £100 per 1fps of improvement over a stock 3080 @ 4K, and that's at OC's discounted rate on the KFA's, let alone the current trading full price... Nvidia's problem is they...
Went from 37 to 23 on Palit Gaming Pro 3080, some nice movement there, hopefully, the stock continues with a bit more frequency. Enough movement I would suggest to rule out cancellations being the cause. I'm now at 7.82 months since ordering.
Have been vaping for over a decade and can't say I've ever had a build-up of vape gunk anywhere. The only time I notice it is when I'm in the car and forgotten to pull the window down a bit.
A couple of thoughts as to the cause, would be the ingredients of the flavoring, some are gonna be a lot...
73rd on palit 3080 non-oc, has gone down 10 since December, think cancellations for the most part though as next to no stock movement on the SKU. Well if anything, teaching us the concept of patience! Im feeling April if I'm lucky.
As far as I'm aware, consoles have historically been sold at a loss, with games recouping that loss until a profit emerges after so many game purchases. I don't think that business model has changed.
Think I was rocking a Pentium 1 90mhz at the time, may have even had 8mb of memory. It was at a time when Win 3.1 and Win 95 were both still being sold. That was literally the first family computer, pre that, my dad had a notebook with a 386 in it for work (with a cheeky copy of Flight Simulator...
@MasterFaustino,@Gibbo posted the other day supplier is expecting Palit stock, imagine find out numbers and models due in early next week, and then has to be shipped to OC and booked in, not for at least a week or two i'd imagine.
My shiny new toy arrived yesterday! Had 1.936ghz out of box boost clock which I was pleasantly surprised to find. Been tinkering around with overclocks, so far have it stable at 2.115ghz, and 11.1ghz on the memory. No error correction kicking in just yet on the memory so some room to play, gets...
Must admit my impatience got the best of me while on the phone to customer services asking about the clown card and them having no idea if it would turn up today. Ended up folding for a palit 1080 founders, arrives tomorrow.
Also wondering about news on the KFA2 1080 Reference Blower, customer services mentioned yesterday that they were expecting some stock today. Being #10 in the pre orders was expecting something at least but maybe not!
Gibbo, any news on the KFA2 1080 clown card (reference blower) stock? Keep almost biting the bullet on the founders edition, but really dont want to shift another £75 for no benefit, may as well go down the custom blower route for that cash!
