I used this locker in Bolton for the first time. I opened three lockers (S, M and L) to return an item and each one had stuff in it. Surely this isn't normal? I didn't trust it so I left it and went to another.

I have the bag but it only has one screw. I asked a youtuber who reviewed the product and he said it only comes with one screw. I don't mind buying an M.2 screw but they come in different sizes and it turns out to be a trial and error ordering process so a simple screw can end up costing £10...

I just purchased this MSI barebone (MSI Pro DP20Z) which has two M.2 NVME slots but the package only included one screw. In the manual, it states only one screw is included. Isn't it the responsibility of the motherboard manufacturer to provide both screws?

It only has two m.2 SSDs but there's a noise coming from it that sounds like a mechanical HDD. My guess is it's static noise.

Finally managed to get hold of a NUC 11 Pro i7 model but boy is the fan noisy. In addition, the coil whine and constant mechanical hard disk type noise is unbelievably loud and annoying, negating the purchase of a fanless Akasa case. I bought the i5 model a few months ago and that has been flawless.
