Yeah I might just have a look through and go with a Samsung to be safe. I don't think RGB is worth the extra £50. Thank you for your help, I'm more confident now on decision :).
I wouldn't say it would make that much difference for future proofing. I don't think it's worth the gain in overclock for the price. But that Is just personally l if I had more I would have got one but that money can go on graphics etc.
So only of you want X370 extras like 1 or two more ports...
Ah nice yeah I wouldn't have minded the wraith max I asked someone from AMD on a AMA if they might do it as a standalone and they said yes.
I'll have to see if there's any performance benefits just a shame the wraith cooler is bland bundled with the R5 :/
You can but it's not as efficient or capable as more efficient power delivery is needed VRM's. Hence the X370's are advised. You can do it more efficiently at lesser temperatures with these. Getting safer and higher OC's.
It's one reason I was seriously considering a X370 :/
I heard a lot of good about Asus but not the motherboard even the reviews but was probably just early adopter complaints.
I like your choice though have a XFX myself looks great!
I think it might have been wise for me to get the X370 Ryzen board as I got the R5 1600 as temporary it will be great for next 1-2 year then when Zen improves i will upgrade CPU.
But I cheapest out and got a B350 but not much difference but anyway I don't regret as not much at all lost compared...
Nice on the flare X well with the extra investment :).
I was thinking of going with the trident RGB gskill but the cl14 are out of stock and the cl16 people told me may not work. For the little extra Customisation RGB gives you in my personal rig would be nice.
Not sure how much I value RGB...
So gaming at 1080p till the same kind of performance is available with UHD hopefully Vega is decent but I'm not sure weather to skip it. At least it will be a exciting time :).
Im not upgrading now till a graphics card is capable of UHD Gaming and doing good. I'm happy as there isn't any reason for me to do 1080p upgrades and don't like scraping by on 1440p.
I hope the price is good I'm hoping for near 1080ti performance quite above 1080. Am I silly to think this or should I expect 1080 performance?
I do know we don't know yet hopefully soon especially now.
Yeah gives a real nice contrast and if adding any led it reflects the colours well. I just was tired of all black builds so thankful for the arctic version else I probably would have brought the titanium.
I'm sure that they have in stock soon :).
