I already have a 1080TI for gaming, I'm more interested in the compute performance of Vega and 16gb HBM.

Damn main competitor still had sapphire stock till 14.35 at msrp and my order still stuck proccessing payment. Hope i am not stuck in limbo for weeks before i get my card! I'm sure i made the right choice;)

Yep £749 for 2080, 1080TI is £500 on used market with warranty left I know what I will be doing with my money.

I really hope Vega 64 air is not marked up to £599 based on unproven mining performance(both PCPER and Tweakdown say identical to Vega FE so more power hungry and less power efficient than polaris/1070). Cards performance in gaming and mining is simply not worth that amount of money.

I think it would be fairer to verify by customer account age, I'm a long time OCUK customer but never really used forum till now. Just post your account details OCUK verify and there you go.

I really hope a fair system is in place for pre-orders to limit miner purchases, been waiting for Vega what seems like forever and its my only choice with a Freesync monitor. 1 per address at minimum would seem to make sense. Hopefully AMD were telling the truth about building up a good supply...
