Both the H80i V2 and H100i GTX use the same mounting kit, so you should be fine. Temps may be a little cooler with the H100i GTX, but the difference is going to be marginal when under full load.

What is the budget you're working with for the upgrades? That will make the possible list of choices a lot more refined. Also, best recommendation is try them out in a retail store first, that way you can really get a feel since it's very subjective for what it right for you.
