Had mine for one day, my thought so far. Build is great, usually Sony quality and us very classy, though attracts finger prints like no one's business. It is TALL! But slim too which makes typing a nice experience. Battery for me has been excellent so far and had no problems with Netflix etc...

Mine was delivered yesterday morning. Had no word, text or email from anyone at the store or O2 customer service. Really disappointed with the poor service so far, no apology either from the guy at the store. Still, will pick up after work if I can get there in time!
