Its in the Nvidia control panel under 'Set Up G-Sync' option. Right Click on your desktop and select Nvidia Control panel.

I have a fairly similar case and removing the glass/plexi covers will improve temps quite considerably but will be more audible when the fans kick in. A Kraken G12 to water cool your GPU will be so much quieter and cooler.
