Totally agree, hate the PS4 controller for anything other than driving or football etc Around 8pm Friday we'll start inviting folk. Too many for party chat usually, so we all switch to game chat.

I just got around to trying the Call of Chernobyl mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (with weapon mod OA). It came out in Sept 2017, though the base game is over 10 years old now I'd say... Great mod.
