I'm doing the same as you... I sent a letter of intent to his address in Bristol but the letter was returned as the 'addressee was unknown' ... so he has done a flit aboard perhaps as some have suggested... He was particularly underhand with me suggesting right up until the point his email...

Sadly not as Ronald kept on kicking the can down the road with empty promises of completion of the job until six months had passed... which is PayPal's cut off date for refunds...

I did actually think of that, I have the PDF file supplied to me by xcade for the so called 'x-plates' for my machine which was unusual as it was a vertical bar-top machine and recently I gave that PDF to an American chap who has a similar business making arcade machines, but this was in the US...

I used PayPal also but because I'm a gullible sod I waited and waited and trusted and waited and then waited a bit more until... the 6 month PayPal refund marker had passed and so... when I tried for a refund 18+ months later PayPal just ignored it, I could fill out their form etc to initiate...

Well bugger me... I asked for a snapshot of my xplate-artwork - he sent me a picture! ... and here it is as promised, maybe next week I'm told for my cabinet, we shall see, but it looks good to me, would be a long overdue xmas present for me hopefully, I'll keep you posted.
