I get what you're saying. In my op the plan was to get a Nvme ssd which I intend to do it will probably be smaller now (500gb) instead of 1tb. I already have a 1tb ssd and I'm getting hdd on top of that as extra storage and honestly to avoid having to add more storage down the line.

Depending on the monitor I get along side windows 10 and Microsoft office I'm pretty much over budget. As the other poster said I need HDD for mass storage and I want to use the ssd to put all my apps and some games on that will open fast.

Will do that and I'm getting Toshiba 3T HDD( recommended by orbitalwalsh). @lee32uk, I like that monitor. Currently stuck deciding on 4k or 1440p lol

Thanks for the suggestions. I don't have any major preference for AMD or Intel but I've bought the z390 motherboard. Might get that Samsung 970 Evo m.2 SSD if it's compatible.

Okay I think I understand if I'm getting the Antec PSU I need Antec cables. I'm more concerned with how complicated it will be fitting everything together.

That's good to know, thanks. This might be a silly question but I would like to buy some PSU cables to compliment the theme of my build. Do I need a specific PSU cable extension to go along with the PSU or are they all compatible? Getting the z390 aorus master tomorrow as recommended :)

Gotcha. There was a link here on Nvidia supporting freesyncs. Is there a way to tell which monitor is supported ? The link didn't specify. Also I've noticed the Team Group RAM is recommended a lot on here when it comes to build advice, if possible should I send back my Corsair vengence RGB in...

Glad you said that I'm having to convince the person that will help me build that they're fine. After 3 years would you say I need to replace the AIO with a newer one?

Is it possible to get a monitor that's great for both gaming and Photoshop/artwork or will I be sacrificing a little on gaming if the monitor doesn't have g sync or freesync?

That is a shame but I'm hoping down the line I can add a Quadro for now the rtx 2080ti will be more than sufficient. Hmm I'll have a look at Benq. I took a look at the predator and it's so much more expensive for a smaller display size.

Got a lot to consider in regard to the monitor now lol. Is it possible to run a Quadro card alongside the rtx card?

Okay I see quadro isn't great for gaming. The 43 inch LG is 10bit (8bit + FRC)

That's great, thanks so much for your help. I have one last question, I was told Photoshop works best with 10bit display (something like that), does getting a 4k monitor cover that?

First time PC build help (£3000 budget)

That's good to know. As long as I don't get too much tearing and the monitor works well with drawing apps/programmes I'll be happy lol. I've been looking at the AIO cooler master 240 RGB and I'm a little confused. Would it be best to place the radiator at the top?

Considering that article would I be getting the best out of the 2080ti with a g sync monitor. I think I'll stick with the 4k as it works very well with Blender.

Thanks for the tip. I do like battlefield 1, would a 60Hz monitor be terrible for that game?
