I got a 120x120x3 mm thermal pad to try it out that is still being shipped, however I figure if Asus is going to RMA it and they have made a fix, then they should at least give me the fixed version.
What case are you using btw? I have it in a Fractal R6 which is on the warmer side, but it shouldn't be this warm because my 1080ti VRM temps don't exceed 100 degrees.
Well hopefully my card has the little heatsink. Did you get a chance to check the VR VDDC temperature too? I assume case and ventilation has a lot to do with cooling too.

This is what my cards HWinfo report looks like, I'm most curious in the new VR VDDC temperatures because they gotta be better if your core temps are only 65c.
Can anyone with the new card tell me what kind of VRM temperatures and GPU clocks they are getting?
