Via updating BIOS and Chipset and disabling G-sync and Shadowplay I was able to get a 2.3k rise from where I started. These scores still seem a little low even...
My Time Spy score overall is about 2.3k lower than the average for my CPU/GPU combo which is no small margin. I wasn't able to figure out how to check CPU and GPU score averages but for GPU mine is about 4k less than the position 100 and CPU was about 2k less.

Okay I've installed the cards, the new connector slots worked liked a charm, fitted with no issues. Haven't done any game testing but PC being running smoothly now for half hour so seems like the new connectors have done the trick.
My card is back, won't have time to plug it in and test it till later tonight so hopefully it works. But my understanding of the jargon on the RMA page included was that they marked the PCI power slot #1 as a bad component and have replaced the unit.
DPD have picked mine back up and should be arriving tomorrow. GBT sent me an email this morning saying they were working on the card but I've had nothing since so don't know what they've done to the card (if anything).
Same card, but I'm using a EVGA G3 750W PSU. The left connector was also the issue for me as I believe it was for the other guy with the week 42 card. The pins looked fine to me and two other people have also said they looked fine but the connector wouldn't go all the way in. Will have to see...
My card should be arriving at GBT for repair today so fingers crossed. That makes at least three of us that has reported a connector issue with specifically the left connector on a Week 42 card.
Yeah seems some, I would assume most, people aren't affected by these connector issues but there's obviously enough that are where it indicates some kind of production problem. Since these newer cards have the revised connector block I think its safe to say there's still an issue with post...
Yep seems identical to what I experienced. my connectors are 3x2 and 2x1 and its the the 2x1 that refuses to connect to the slot. I tried just the the 3x2 and it connected to the slot just fine. And I tried just the 2x1 and it wouldn't go in. So it seems to be one of those two pins/pin holes...
Done although I'm not sure you'll find the pictures particularly helpful. Thanks for your help.
Edit 1: Email didn't send because it exceeded max file size apparently. Tried zipping the pics and sending again, it was less than 25MB so not sure why.
Edit 2: Failed again so took one of the...
So got my card, week 42. One of the connector slots I couldn't connector to no matter how hard I tried, the pins visually looked fine to me but the connector wouldn't go in on the slot nearest the IO panel. The other connector slot worked perfectly fine with both connectors so I know its not the...
Mine should be arriving today so fingers crossed I don't have any connector issues. I'll be doing a visual inspection when it arrives this afternoon and then try plugging it in this evening after work.
Yes my queue update email was sent on Friday and it now shows as shipped on the site also.
Also I got both my Watch Dogs Legion code and GeForce Now code by email yesterday as well.
