Morning all. Was position 1800 for a Tuf here. A competitor briefly allowed preorder of Palit 3080s, with zero queue a while back. Took a gamble, was position 30 in that queue. Card (Palit) arrived start of this week. Very happy with it. I'd definitely suggest people keep an eye open...

The competitor doing it right as always, an update letting us know the normal, daily update, will be an hour late.

Yup. I ordered as soon as they went up (distil), around 1130iirc. At which time there was no pre-order on the screen, just "delivery from tomorrow...". I notice on the table they haven't had their delivery of Palit 3080s this week, so hopefully this was pre order for a planned delivery or...

Think we may have bought from different places, mine was from the place that is a function that printers sometimes do. But yeah, I'd love for OC to surprise me and for my Tuf to arrive. It'd match my mobo:D

The original email said 19/20 Nov. Got the queue email 4hrs or so later. Palit seems to have been shipping in fairly decent numbers, so I'm optimistic it won't be much more than a few weeks.

Ordered a Palit from the competitor today. Was showing in stock at the time. Paid with amazon pay, and think that may have tripped me up, as got an email this evening, I've found myself in another queue. Position 32, disappointing, but 30 times lower than my position for the Tuf non oc here...

It's blowing my mind that there was no update today. The main competitor gave their customers two updates, received more of some evga cards than they had pre orders (which they offered to existing customers...), and had the FE drop. We had a dream amount of nothing.

There is a queue for each make and model of card.

And several queues are 2000+ cards long
