    realistic speeds for wifi 6?

Using a second AX11000 is waaaaay overkill, when a less buggy AX router from Netgear or TP Link will perform better - and you will save some money in the process as well. I say this as someone who's tried both Asus flagship routers, the RT-AX89X for wifi 6 and the Asus GT-AXE11000 for wifi 6E...

    realistic speeds for wifi 6?

I’m well aware that optimum wireless speeds will only be achieved in ideal conditions which obviously not everyone will have. However the OP wanted to know if it was possible to get close to 900 Mbps in IDEAL WiFi conditions over WiFi 6, which I showed him is possible.

Best modem for Virgin Media, need some advice please.

That Netgear should be decent enough though I would recommend either the Netgear RAX120 or Asus RT-AX86U, both of which are top performing routers on smallnetbuilder.com. They are both WiFi 6 routers but will also improve speeds on legacy clients (WiFi 5 and older) due to using the latest and...

    realistic speeds for wifi 6?

According to VM's own blurb, the Hub 4 is wifi 5 (802.11ac) standard, NOT wifi 6 (802.11ax) so 600 Mb/s is about as good as you're going to get over wifi 5. https://www.virginmedia.com/corporate/media-centre/press-releases/virgin-media-launches-gig1-the-uks-fastest-home-broadband#:~:text=The...

So if wifi for gaming isn't bad, then it means it can be good right?

    realistic speeds for wifi 6?

Of course wired is always preferable but when you said "never use wifi gaming" that implies gaming over wifi is always bad. I'm saying that's always not the case.

    Talktalk UFO - Any good?

You may not be happy, but around 4 million punters on TT seem to be happy, me included :)

    realistic speeds for wifi 6?

That's a bit of a sweeping statement. Wifi can be perfectly ok for gaming depending on the hardware and your environment. I game over wifi 5 on my Xbox and no issues at all, despite xbox being upstairs and router (netgear RAX200) being downstairs.

    realistic speeds for wifi 6?

Which wifi 6 4x4 PCI card are you referring to? I'm not aware of any 4x4 wifi 6 adaptor out there (any form factor), the max I've seen is 2x2 but happy to be corrected. Unless you meant a wifi 5 4x4 pci card such as the Asus PCE-AC88?

    realistic speeds for wifi 6?

OP, sounds like an issue with your Asus router. I also have a 900 Mbps FTTP line (TalkTalk Business) and easily seeing speeds of 800-900 Mbps over wifi 6. My router is a Netgear RAX200 and my laptop (Thinkpad X1 Carbon 5th gen) has a Intel AX200 card (retrofitted). I'm seeing link speeds of 2.0...
