Just played 6-a-side and Strava reckons I covered nearly 8km in the 80 mins, at 695 calories. I’ll take that with a pinch of salt, but Wednesdays are a day where I can guarantee my calorie deficit. It’s just a lot harder to be “good” on the days when I don’t exercise as much.
I weigh in for the...
A splash is my measurement, yep, and no sugar. I can't stand milky tea!
I've had high cholesterol in a blood test a few months ago, so cut out whole milk as much as possible, lowered butter intake, etc, and will see how that affects the next test.
Cheers for the input. I've attached a screenshot of what my cals look so far today to the bottom of this post so you can see roughly what I'm constituting as 'salad', and dinner will have things like broccoli, green beans, skin-on new potatoes, etc.
I'm tracking pretty much every calorie I...
I've gone from 14st 7lbs to 13st 9lbs from the beginning of March -> Mid April by mainly counting calories and not going nuts. I'm 5'11".

I've never owned one of these, but I have carbon monoxide detectors strewn around the house for the boiler.
What do you use this for / what does it help you to monitor or correct?

I've managed to lose 11lbs in the last 4 weeks by not being silly, eating till I'm full, and continuing with exercise. I've still had to count calories to make sure I'm eating sensible portions though.
I haven't shied away from eating carbs (I <3 carbs), but am measuring out 60g of porridge and...
Always worn jeans / jorts, with very brief forays in to cords / chinos.
I've decided to give chinos another go, so pulled a pair out of the back of my wardrobe that I haven't worn in years. I've lost half a stone recently, and they're back to fitting me again.
Had the same apple watch series 4 and soundpeats ear buds since 2018 / 2020 respectively, so decided to upgrade.
My Mrs was a sceptic, now she's lived with it for a while, she's 100% on board.
Where's your Sage breadbin?
As for two dishwashers, I thought I was the only one! When we have guests over, it's brilliant. Mains & pots / pans go in one, then the other one holds dessert / mugs / glasses etc.
