Ordered a White Non-XL direct from Google on Monday 5th Nov, arrived Wednesday 7th. Very pleased so far. Enjoying the haptic feedback more than I though. Screen is brilliant.
Looks like CPW won't have the White 64Gb Non-XL until the end of the month. Google's estimate of delivery currently says 7-8 Nov, anyone have any experience with how accurate that is likely to be?
10 year NHBC (or equivalent) only applies to the structure e.g. covers against subsidence issues. As said above, you will have to deal with manufacturer of the boiler, if there is any warranty left after 2+years.
You're not listening to the advice being given by @Scrutinize, who sounds like he knows what he is talking about - your friend's situation is entirely different to the TV incident you keep referring to.

This could be what is happening to my network, though the symptoms appear to be isolated to the 2.4Ghz SSID (even though all Google casting devices are on 5Ghz). I have a Technicolour router.
