I had similar issues and I changed my PCIE slot from auto to Gen 3 and it seems to have fixed my issues.

Picked up a MSi 5700XT for £340 due to a rainforest price mix up. And it's arrived today.

3600 for me, installed in a MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon.

It is Ryzen 2 but only Zen+, as DragonQ said Ryzen 3 will be on the Zen 2 platform.

I have O/C'd to 3.85 at 1.35 volts on an Asus B350 Prime Plus motherboard.

A couple of console games, Xenogears and Silver.

Have you tried resetting the UEFI to default by shorting the reset pins to see if it does it without the O/C?

Do you have room for a PCIe M2 card?

Try turning off hardware acceleration within chrome.

I have the Asus B350 prime plus and a R7 1700 @ 3.85ghz with memory @ 3200. The board is good and stable but the downside is the onboard sound is poor.
