I do it through our Fog Server which we use for imaging. I've not used any software specifically for this purpose though.

Stick with it, I was 99% a Windows man until a couple of years ago I perceived and now I only really use Windows at work or very occasionally for gaming.
I find myself getting frustrated in Windows when using command prompt and how much it lacks compared to Linux. Almost everything in Linux...
I've tried wireless on an RPi and had issues with HD content freezing, I ran an ethernet cable in the end. I was admittedly using a cheap WiFi dongle from eBay however it does perform well on a normal PC.
Once you've connected you'll need to enter the following commands:
cd /flash
mv config.ini config.ini.old
mv config.bak config.bak.old
That should rename the files, then I'm assuming once you run the setup wizard it'll recreate them.
I've used it in a production environment, working in the public sector.
Cost was the main reason, we never had any real issues with it but we didn't do anything too intensive with it.
I know ours don't, they have virtually no odour. They have dry smooth fur which doesn't feel greasy at all, even after getting wet they have no noticeable odour.
I've got a Lurcher who's approximately 4 years old, he came from a rescue shelter so we're unsure of his exact age. Hes got an amazing temperament however it looks like he had been abused in the past so maybe that has something to do with it. Hes got some scars and his front leg had been broken...
Parted Magic is pretty good for testing hard drives, the latest version does now cost $4.99 but there's some slightly older versions available for free download if you Google it.
I prefer Exchange 2010 over 2003, I actually like the Powershell integration too.
I've used it on a domain with about 1000 mailboxes and currently use it on another with around 10000 mailboxes.
I find most day-to-day tasks are a doddle and even migration from 2003 wasn't particularly tricky...
In the Linux world, Linux from Scratch is this: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/
Which probably isn't what you're looking for.
Most Linux distros come as .ISO images which can burnt straight to CD/DVD.
If your hardware is a little older, I'd go with a lightweight distro like http://xubuntu.org/...
Some people have specific requirements which Libre/Open Office may not be able to fulfil, especially when it comes to work related tasks.
I'm personally not a huge fan of it, but that's probably because I've used Microsoft Office most of my life.
Crunchbang should be fast enough, I use it on a couple of netbooks. The only issue may be Word docs, as obviously Microsoft Office wont run on it without using something like Wine. LibreOffice can be installed easily enough but its not always suitable.
