My present system is an Intel 775 Core2 Duo on an Abit I-45C with 2Gb mem.
My problem is that neither WinXP nor Win7 will load...
My sister bought a motherboard bundle based on the Foxcon A6VMX with AMD 5200+ Dual Core and 2Gb ram which I fitted in an A-top Technology X-Blade case. Basically the stock HS/F isnt cooling enough as her average temp is between 55c and 62c. She doesnt want to spend much more than £20 on a...
Me too. I haven't had an Intel system since the 486 DX 2. I just love AMD and will stick with them. I am no longer a part of the must have or need the latest fastest system crew and not an avid gamer either. :)
Before I upgrade to an AM2 system can anyone give me some help on overclocking my old AMD 64 3000+ Winchester cpu on an ECS KV2 Lite mobo with 1Gb ram and an FX 5500. I have overclocked to 2005Mhz previously with Fuzzy Overclocking (supplied with the mobo) but really couldn't see any speed...

I am a lazy B. Is there any possibility that someone can give me a guide as to what I can do to o/c my system. I tried the software route with Fuzzy Overclock that came with the mobo. However, when I overclocked to 2005Mhz, the system seemed to be slower regarding the opening of programs and...
I have overclocked my AMD 64 939 3000+ Winchester to 2005mhz and everything has been running fine. However, after upgrading my memory from 512mhz to 1Ghz dual channel SiSandra says my memory is underclocked and I haven't seen any significant speed increase. I used Fuzzy Overclock software which...
Bios or Third Party
I have been using Fuzzy Logic to overclock to 2005mhz (222.8 x 9.0). I have been running this for a month or so now with no apparent problems apart from a slow-down in opening programs after about 5 hours of use.
Would I be better to use the Bios to overclock instead? :(...
