new amd chipset drivers out i guess u can try em tho doubt it fix it for u if its the cables stuff. i guess u tried underclocking and lowering the power bar in afterburner to minus 15 i think it is etc to lessen the power usage? also limiting fps limits power so if u run games high fps say...

Since u have 12vhpwr on ur psu i wonder if u can use that with a end configured for 3x pci-e 8pin. tho what wookie posted would work too.

when amd announced ai accelerators they said they wanted to make character ai models behave more realistically and other stuff in games easier for devs, maybe thats their end goal instead of ai just for upscaling?
