    House valuation for CGT

**Apologies I think its SDLT that's not payable ignore below.** Is the property mortgaged? From what I understand there is no CGT to be paid if the property is unmortgaged. That's not to say when your daughter offloads the property there wont be CGT, though.

Solar panels and battery - any real world recommendations?

Roof is perfectly level, its a reasonably new build garage roof. Plus the rails have adjustment to amount for uneven roofs and should be modified accordingly.

Solar panels and battery - any real world recommendations?

I've recently had solar panels installed. An experience I have been disappointed with. I'm not going to name the company until I've given them what I think is a reasonable amount of time to rectify the issues. The system is working but I have the following outstanding issues, am I been...

Rear Tyres Worn after only 13000 miles

I think after doing a lot of reading and checking through the cars history its time for a rear suspension refresh. Looking at cost of parts its not too expensive so just going to do that and get a pair of new tyres/alignment. I'll report back in 6 months! Rob

Rear Tyres Worn after only 13000 miles

Direct from owners manual, considering I carry quite a lot of tools most of the time I don't think 36 in the rear is too far off. Also doesn't over inflated tyres cause the middle of the tyre to wear?

Rear Tyres Worn after only 13000 miles

36 PSI Yeah I think its a combination of worn suspension components and maybe unbalanced wheels. For the price I'm going to replace the majority of the rear suspension and get new tyres, which will mean the wheels get balanced. Rob

Rear Tyres Worn after only 13000 miles

Just been out. Tyres are pretty much 4mm until it gets to the inside edge. The interesting thing is the tyres appear to be misshapen. Going to whip a wheel off at lunch to get pictures. It's very odd.
