Rubbish service for what you pay for it.

Yet to have any problems, and I got my phone with them. Customer service was ace when I rang. Anything ever goes wrong I'll be going through O2 anyway.

They just said it was O2 and asked how the phone was, the asked if I wanted insurance and went on and on about it until I hung up. 2nd time I told them where to go after he asked again.
