It is an upgrade disc,but when i tried to put my original NT4 on first then upgrade to XP Pro it looks as if its going into NT4 Setup but then just boots to Vista,New scanner not an option due to funding....

I have Vista Ultimate 64bit installed on a 500gb drive & want to set up a dual boot with XP Pro so that i can use my Epson Perfection 1200Photo Scanner(no drivers for Vista at all available) I put in the XP Pro upgrade disk(i have my old full version of NT4) but it just boots into Vista...
