U2410's are in constraint from Dell at the mo I had a back order on for work for 4pcs placed 15th November the order date has slipped 3 times and the latest to 7th February! this is why they are offering the U2711 for £520 on the small biz page , the problem for us is the text size is too small...

Gerard, S/N beginning "MX" is Mexico it's a US Supplied 24" not purchased from Overclockers or most of the usual UK resellers. Dell UK will not replace a US monitor, all US monitors have serial numbers begining MXxxxxx in addition the part number CC0302 is not the same as the EU/UK variant...

Not really but as long as they provide the relevant numbers it's not a major issue. Some people earlier in this thread have been given the numbers.

The 2408WFP using HDMI through the sound bar is not great not sure if this is fixed with the U2410 but any menu activity will temporarily disable the sound

if the replacement serial number is CZ-0DR474xxxx then it's a HC model if it's a CZ-0OY545xxx it's a 2407WFP model they also sometimes send our CX268's = 2408 Those 5 digits form the Dell part number

You will have no warranty with Dell direct if OCUK do not provide you with the correct Dell works order and company name that purchased it. I bought mine elsewhere and label is intact

ALfie you need the works order number and the original purchasing companies name to make a warranty call. They obiously should all have Dell packing labels on the box which shows the original source, Dell works order no and original purchasing companies name. if these are removed it means...
