Fallout TV series being developed by Amazon

well it does, i guess saying 'annoying' came in a bit too strong, probably more like a minor issue. i just like to go in knowing im getting 40 mins or an hours content each episode (personal preference), not i guess losing/ missing up to maybe 20 minutes compared to the first episode (and...

Fallout TV series being developed by Amazon

i just think i prefer 90's/ 2000 way of doing tv shows (Stargate, Farscape etc) where you'd get 20 40/45min episodes depending on the show, every 3/4th episode is the main season story arc and those in between are like the 'side quest' episodes fleshing out the world/ galaxy/ universe (in the...

Fallout TV series being developed by Amazon

really enjoying it so far, watching episode 5 later but its a bit annoying that each episode has gotten shorter and shorter, something that bugged me with The Witcher series too, episode length up and down like a yoyo.

Old Games Kept Alive By Community?

the 2 i know are: https://www.lomcn.net/forum/ keeping Legend of Mir 2 + 3 alive, in the west at least, on private servers. https://london2038.com/ keeping Hellgate London alive on a private server, needs the original physical copy to play, not the Steam version.

    Words that grind my gears!

when someone is talking to you about something and goes off on a dozen unrelated unimportant to the subject matter tangents then comes back to the main point with 'so anyway' and they do that in the space of 5 minutes. i'm just in my mind thinking 'cut the waffle, get to the point'.

How many games do you finish?

ive probably finished 95%+ of all the games ive ever played i reckon, unless its been so bad ive refunded it through Steam where i buy most games. i dont always complete them on the first try though, Witcher 3 took 4 attempts for example. Also definitely buy more than i play though, mostly...

    Grim Dawn - ARPG

so there's the main game and 2 expansion bosses if you want to do them all before moving up. its also worth doing The Hidden Path secret quest. then its back to the main menu and changing the difficulty. :) on top of that there's any farming you might want to do to round out the character as...

    Grim Dawn - ARPG

yup, the QoL, fewer but better quality items and baked in dash/ dodge really is great. no better time, get some hours in before the next expansion later next year. :) also, on the surprise 1.2 release day dev stream they announced a 3rd loyalty pack :)
