    Have a look here they have all got the measurements in the pics, your mechanism should have a name down the face of it, if you have somewhere local I would take it down to be sure, but deffo change it before it breaks completely as it can be a ballache to open if it breaks when closed...

    That drain is more than likely a trap so you would not get rods down there, the nilfisk drain attachment is a better option

    It looks like you have plenty of room and menuverability in the pipework I would just do it properly and replace the lot, cut the pipe out where the hole has been cut, put a 15mm t Piece there then do it in copper or plastic, should only cost around £25

    i had this on my octavia , stop start batteries only seem to last around 4/5 years so ii got a bosch battery from ebay new for £100 and used the carscanner pro app on my phone with a bluetooth dongle to reprogram it in, so about £113 all in the dealer wanted around £300 if I remember correctly

    Put a screw at the back of the hinge where it sits against the vertical part of window frame - forcing number 2 closer to number 1
