Hiya If you have a credit card with a limit of let's say £1000, with an outstanding balance of £900, would a transaction get declined if a charge was requested for £200? Or would they just let you go overdrawn and charge you a fee? Thanks :)

Hiya I can log into my FTP no problems, however whatever I try to do I get permission denied. I can't rename files, upload or delete anything from my Tiscali business broadband account. I have tried multiple FTP programs. Does anybody know what may be causing this? Thanks Tom
