Thanks for the reply, I've just noticed that the free option only appears further in the ordering process, I missed that last night but I did see free local delivery and chose that.

If I place an item in the basket and it's over £20 it still adds the postage, I tried several items with the same result. I've had free delivery for years, although last time I had to log out and back in again but this time it makes no difference.

Why use light coloured fonts on light background are you trying to hide something? Also some of the font is so small I have to zoom in to read it, this is annoying when there's so much wasted space.
