how much you looking to spend?
My friend has a 27" acer with the emitter built in, and has hdmi 1.4
Really nice monitor, played crysis 2 on it and was pretty impressed.
unless your real close to the screen i think 27" is way better for 3d than 24"
yeah you plug the front panel connector into the sound card, not sure what to recommend, i have an x fi titanium and its good although creatives drivers are a bit poor so id go for an asus, not sure what model but hope that helps anyway
You could try these drivers: http://www.paxyoursoundout.com/
(dont be put off by the website, seriously the drivers are better than the creative ones, still has the same features and control panel, just changes the drivers themselves, i tried them as in a bf2 mod if i had the audio set to x-fi...
Hmm pretty sure this is down to the drivers so if theres no others avaiable not a lot you can do with the onboard audio, my creative card downmixes everything to stereo if i plug in headphones.
Can you not use the headphone jack on your x-540? when i do that on my z5500's it downmixes so i...
Sennheiser PX 100-II are really good value for money at £30, i use them for games movies and obviously music and love them, fairly bassy so if thats not your thing maybe not, but i love mine, check out some reviews
dolby digital live and dts connect are your best bet although i think you can only use that if your sound card/ onboard sound comes with the softawre as i dont think its available otherwise, might be worth investing in a cheap sound card for it though as it works very well
this.
not really worth the effort imo, sure you will save a little space not having the special features and all the audio tracks but i wouldnt bother, if you do though: this: http://www.videohelp.com/tools/eac3to plus a gui is a good solution. but yeah id just stick with iso's
yeah you have to have dts or dolby encoding all the time, as otherwise all you can get is 2 channel pcm over optical (other than already encoded dolby dts tracks like in movies)
theres no reason playing mp3s shouldnt work, they should work either with the encoders enabled or disabled (as...
definitely not being unreasonable asking for a new phone, seeing as its the most popular and one of the most expensive phones you would expect better build quality, i wouldnt settle for a remanufactuered one if i had spent that kind of money on a phone
sorry if its already been posted but has it been confirmed that it will be dx9 until later patched? if so i might cancel my pre order seeing as i dont want to play it through on dx9 and then have to play it again to enjoy it in dx11:confused:
my creative audio control panel has an option under headphone detection, automatically mute speakers, just untick that and then you get sound from speakers and headphones if you connect em to your cases front panel
