So the mapped drive is \\domain.com\shares which is published on all 3 of the DCs.
The error message is along the lines of - H:\ refers to a location that is...
Yea had though of this but some user wont like that as they rely on it to remember external email address. Ideally i would like to remove all auto complete address with a certain domain.
But deleting the file may be the best and quickest option.
Thanks
Hi Guys,

Have played around with the groups on Domain1 and can now see the ones i want on Domain2 now. So i add a group from Domain1 to a Domain2 user (on Domain2 DC) when i click apply i get an error saying i do not have the permissions to modify this group!!
If i go to Domain1, get the security group...
From the DC on Domain2 i can search for the Domain1 security groups but can seem to add anyone to them. When i click into a group the Add button is greyed out! Must be some sort of security or permissions. Any ideas??
I have setup a two way trust but is doesnt seem be to working 100% yet. Any user on the domain2 cannot get internet access as they need security groups from Domain1 added. When i go to add a security group from domain1 to a domain2 user it wont find it. In the location section when your...

ROBOCOPY C:\Documents and Setting\<my user>\My Documents\ \\<destination computer>\<net share/admin share> /E /ZB
Would this be along the right lines??
If i am to use robocopy to move file to a new server on a new domain what permissons do i need in place??

Also guys i could you clarify if Robocopy will work to copy files to a remote server??
Have tested it between server on the same LAN and it works.
As long as i can ping to remote server robocopy should work??
So using something like:
robocopy "\\OldServerName\SourceDirectory"...
Think i will have to do this as well as users may need to use printers on the old domain from the new one. We have some users that will be onsite on the new domain which will have to use printers on the old domain.
