thanks for the help everyone , i ended up getting the 360 rad . im over the moon with performance . ambient room temp of 18c gives me 23c at idle and 45c at full load , it will also run at 2138 mhz max core clock dropping off to 2100 mhz at 45c. as for the cpu i think i will do a second loop...

brizzles, perfect. any threads, sites or guides you could recommend for beginners? edit . if i swapped the 240 rad for a 360 rad could i add the cpu to the loop at a later date ?

Same clocks as before 2088/6468, just showing the difference between my run using the extreme preset and the settings you showed . JR you could be right about the temps , the screenshot shows a couple of degrees difference.

quite a bit more from the preset . Same overclock 2088/6468, the difference must be the temperature not a difference in the settings.

I Think there is a difference. The 1440p preset definitely runs smoother than the above settings.
