I've tried different USB ports. Legacy Support is active in BIOS. The software\drivers are installed and boot with windows. The LCD screen is responding as normal when I push it but I just can't see what I'm pushing. The backlight is working but just not the screen. Any more suggestions?

Thanks for the advice guys, so what do you reckon is a descent psu brand? Im looking for about 650watt.... and Do you recomend upgrading to the components I listed? Or would it be a better decision to upgrade the graphics card? I use the machine mostly for gaming.
