Just tried Prime95, CPU temps didn't go above 50. So I'm thinking it's not a heat problem then.

Hmm interesting. Tried furmark and had it running for around 10 minutes and it was fine, GPU temps didnt go above 85 and the CPU temps didnt go above 50. Sadly I havn't got the opportunity to test the psu in another system.
