This. Sounds like a potential driver conflict. Use safe mode if you can't do it in regular boot to remove and clean with DDU. Reboot and do a clean installation.

Secure boot should be a separate set of options to the TPM 2.0 settings in your BIOS. I don't have a suitable machine to check myself, but there should be guides online or in the documentation for your Motherboard. Good luck!
